How do i star a business on the cheap?

I have worked in many job roles. Have certificate 3 retail= in all departments supermarket. I have food handling certificate. R.S.A. have been a waitress, deli manager, tour guide, meat packer, child care worker, office istant. I have changed my job when it doesn't suit my life. When my boy was young i did bar work as he was asleep, + lived with mum. I currently work in a butchers, My son is about to start kinder= mon, thurs and frid 8:30-12:30pm. i want a job that fits in these times or will be flexible to my life. Next year he starts school so i will go full time work.I don't want to hire a baby sitter all the time. I'm thinking of starting a business similair to "hire a hubby" but hire a chick. i can cook, clean, do shopping, gardening, etc. I've been told ABN is cheap, but what about liability and other insurance? any business ideas? or suggestions?
