I just wanna know what I'm dealing with?

Ok so there's this chick, I've only known her for a year now. Were friends but I doubt were close ones. So I get her num., tell her it's me, and she's completely excited I have her num. Ok so I think it's all good so whatever. I've asked her a few times if she wanted to hang out but she's "busy". And I realized I'm the only one who txts first, and she only txt me once to have help with hw. I'm really nice and would do anything but maybe too nice. Shell always come up to me during cl to talk because she's bored and I'll do the same. Although when we talk she always,literally, says how funny I am and she says how much I make her laugh. So now I'm thinking ok cool were friends. But say I add her on facebook and ice noticed she declined me. Later she txt me what her "new num." was so I txted that one instead and that num. Has been disconnected and so is her old one. Oh and she also mentioned that we MUST hang over summer and how I'm such a good friend to have. But anyway I just want to know what's up because if she doesn't like me as a friend why not tell me instead of doing it like this?
