Leopard gecko frozen crickets!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

i breed crickets and i gut load them from baby until adults. after that i freeze them so they dont die and shrivel up then feed some to my leopard geckos. i let them thaw of course. so i have been doing this for abt 2 weeks and i was just making sure it is safe. they eat them just like live ones. but it is safe right? thanks
