I'm looking for a females' opinion please?

Im really curious I myself have been priviledged or blessed since i've spent the past 5 years working out. When i was at the pool a few females looked at me in a less then discreet manner of infactuation, as others looked with disgust. I am a little offended. Do women like an more toned man? Should i just pig out? No slander i already feel like a jacka*s*s.
