Can you name some long animals (horizontally or vertically)?

The longest animal to have ever lived was a huge dinosaur called the amphicoelias fragillinus, which checked in at 130 to 200 feet long and weighed about 120 metric tons. The longest mammal in the world (now and in the past) is the blue whale, which can measure over 100 feet long and is also the heaviest animal that has ever lived at some 200 metric tons. But here we have hedgehogs, which are not long nor tall, and look like little tanks with quills - but are the longest continually surviving live-bearing mammals on earth, and used to hang out with dinosaurs. Best wishes, Z. G. Standing Bear at the Flash and Thelma Memorial Hedgehog Rescue in Divide, Colorado USA
