If your parent has a quarter or less of a certain ancestry, where does that leave you?

My mom is a quarter Italian, a quarter or less of Irish, has bits of Scottish, etc. So where does that leave me? And on my father's side I'm half Israeli but my grandma was Lebanese. So am I Lebanese at all?
