If your knowledgeable in Astral projection?

I have found the most easy way to learn to do this is by 1st learning to do Lucid Dreaming and naturally from this had OBEs all my life --- traveling in my sleep and seeing the future and other all during my life would know things before they happened. I think the book Creative Dreaming is one of the best. It is easy to jump from this to things more akin to Project Stargate --- i just never been good at targeting what i would see and this has always been very random for me. I would hope you had better targeting skills and then this would be a truely valuable skill to possess.
