I am 6'1 and I weigh about 264. I have been on a low carb diet for about two months, and I have lost about 20 pounds. I have been keeping the weight off and gradually adding carbs everyday. I seldom eat anything sugary or breaded. I am just wondering how many carbs I should eat per day during this stage of my diet. I still need to lose about 40 pounds, but I want to do it the right way
