OMG! I think I MAY have just gotten a BFP! Please help!?

Okay so maybe it wasnt BIG and FAT but I think I may have just gotten a positive! So I just took a pregnancy test and a small sliver of the the + sign was there and than went away and then came back.... what are your thoughts... its was the Rite Aid brand pregnancy test.... please help!
