Where is the digital copy code for chronicles of narnia 3?

I recently bought the 3 disc version (Blu-ray, DVD, digital copy) of the movie, and I'm trying to redeem the digital copy but I can't find an insert or anything else with a serial code for redemption on it. Has anyone else run across this, or know how to remedy it?
