Hollyoaks. how have they exlained how warren has come back to life?

years ago we all saw him being pulled from thefire at the loft, the paramedics said he was dead, spencer inherited everything from him. yet now he's back and i've not yet seen them explain how hes alive, presumably he faked his death... but how when the paramedics pronounced him dead in front of everyone!!! did i miss a vital episode which explained all this?
