No gas pressure - problem with meter. Help?

basically, have no gas pressure at all, I've been told that it is not a problem with the boiler, as that is running perfect, but is a problem with the "meter regulator" or something like that. Do I need to call my gas provider company, or the gas supplier (transco). Please advise with a telephone number if possible.
